Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Support performance and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentation Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to complete tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Ability to keep tasks organized and to prioritize effectively
  • Effective and concise communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and virtually
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and pivot between responsibilities
  • Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with reporting/manipulating data/trending
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • On site support in Naples, FL. Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to location listed in the posting.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance with business needs, including outside of normal business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SAP/Concur or similar expense management and travel systems
  • Experience in project/program management
  • Proficiency with Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint and a high aptitude for learning new software and systems
