We’re excited to announce an opening for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support two senior Engineering leaders. These leaders value partnership, clear communication, and a proactive approach. In this role, you’ll be a trusted thought partner, helping them achieve their goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Master the fundamentals: calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Use communication tools to keep teams aligned—share important updates, answer questions, and celebrate milestones.
  • Schedule meetings with precision—no double bookings on your watch.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, from itineraries and transportation to accommodations, so leaders can focus on what matters most.
  • Manage expenses—keep reports clean and accurate, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
  • Plan and execute events (virtual or in-person), handling every detail from start to finish.
  • Serve as a trusted bridge between leaders and their teams, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Work remotely while aligning with designated business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role supporting management or executive leaders.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or similar tools.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proven expertise in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels—team spirit is essential.
  • Remain solutions-focused by managing conflicting priorities, adapting to change, and removing obstacles with ease.
  • You’ve supported senior leaders in a high-growth environment.
  • You’re familiar with Slack and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Loom, or Trello, and ready to dive in from day one.
