About The Position

The Senior Administrative Assistant at the Center for Collaborative Innovation is responsible for providing comprehensive office support to the Executive Director. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the Graham Center, facilitating logistics, communications, event planning, and project management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of secretarial/office support/project management experience, preferably in an academic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for GCCI programming and its Executive Director.
  • Manage the smooth functioning of office space and activities, including handling incoming calls, emails, and office reception.
  • Manage correspondence, client and faculty relations, and oversee the webpage and social media in collaboration with the Communications Division.
  • Provide logistical and programming support for GCCI events.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
