About The Position
The Talent Acquisition department hires qualified candidates to fill positions which contribute to the overall strategic success of Howard University. Hiring staff "for fit" makes significant contributions to Howard University's overall mission. At Howard University, we prioritize well-being and professional growth. Performs senior-level managerial work, providing expert direction and strategic guidance in operations and planning. Oversees and coordinates service delivery within the Department of Surgery and the Center for Outcomes Research. Assists the Chair in managing operations for the Surgery Faculty Practice Plan (FPP) offices. Operates with significant authority as part of the administrative leadership team and reports directly to the Assistant/Associate Vice President or another senior executive.
