About The Position

Under minimal supervision, provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support services for the assigned executives, including the Market Chief Operating Officer and Market Chief Financial Officer. Duties include drafting and preparing correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files and conducting special projects as assigned. Executive Assistant works closely with executive and is proactive and anticipatory when prioritizing tasks and responding to issues. Requirements

  • Required Minimum Education: 2 Year/ Associates Degree
  • 10+ years administrative support experience preferred
  • Advanced level of clerical skills and personal computer skills.
  • Expertise with key software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Lotus Notes).
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to assume responsibility without direct supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and coordinator skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills.
  • Shorthand or speed writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Education: 4 year/ Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years administrative support experience preferred
