About The Position

$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This role will be working primarily weekdays on day shift at our Adult Day Health facility. Develop and implement a recreational program designed to stimulate mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual needs and interests of assigned residents. Coordinate staff and volunteers to successfully carry out facility Mission Statement and department goals to meet the individual recreational needs of our resident population. This position includes providing assistance in dining room during meals as needed. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year of work experience providing care with the elderly or disabled

Nice To Haves

  • Higher education in Recreational Therapy or related field.
