About The Position

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Acquisition Supply Chain Specialist supporting an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, FL, providing support to EBI. The candidate will support logistics/product support activities and provide acquisition/sustainment product support through Supply Chain Management (SCM) while supporting product support strategies across the acquisition lifecycle. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: Assist, prepare, develop, and deliver compliant documents supporting logistics/product support activities required to field and maintain readiness and operational capability of systems, subsystems, and components Plan, develop, and execute product support strategies spanning the acquisition lifecycle from requirements analysis through disposal to ensure weapons system readiness Consider Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including Product Support Management, Design Interface, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, PHS&T, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Training/Training Support, Manpower/Personnel, Facilities/Infrastructure, and IT Systems Provide acquisition/sustainment product support via SCM and maintain situational awareness from raw material source to the Warfighter through disposal Support international shipping requirements including documentation and marking to international standards Identify precious and rare earth elements at time of acquisition for recycling at lifecycle disposal into the National Strategic Stockpile for reuse using inputs from OEMs, AVCOM, and AFMC First Looks Apply SCM knowledge to support distribution, asset visibility, cybersecurity protection, obsolescence, counterfeit parts mitigation, DMSMS (IAW DoD 4245.15), and Supply Chain Risk Management Identify supply chain susceptibilities, vulnerabilities, and threats and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have and be able to maintain an Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
  • 8 years relevant experience
  • Logistics/product support documentation and product support strategy support
  • Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) acquisition and sustainment support
  • Asset visibility, distribution, cybersecurity protection, obsolescence support
  • Counterfeit parts mitigation and DMSMS (DoD 4245.15)
  • Supply Chain Risk Management and mitigation strategy development
  • Ability to collaborate across logistics and technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail supporting compliant documentation and lifecycle planning
