About The Position
Vanguard is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Accounting Manager to lead our global compensation accounting function! In this role, you will supervise a team of accounting professionals and be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of compensation and benefits across all regions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical accounting background, a passion for automation and analytics, and a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional partnerships across Finance, HR, and Payroll.
