About The Position

The Senior Accounting Analyst plays a core role within the Fund Finance function, partnering closely with internal investment teams and external fund administrators to oversee capital activity, deal funding, and portfolio data integrity. This role supports financial reporting, valuations, audits, and cash planning in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial insights and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in public accounting or industry roles within private equity, venture capital, or alternative asset management
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experience reviewing financial statements and working with external service providers
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support accounting, tax, financial reporting, and data analysis for ICONIQ-managed funds
  • Contribute to the month-end close process, including review of fund net asset values
  • Review fund expenses and accruals to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Partner with fund administrators and internal teams on audits and tax processes
  • Assist with preparation and review of audited financial statements and investor tax materials
  • Coordinate capital calls and distributions, including review of carried interest calculations
  • Support valuation processes by reviewing quarterly valuations and portfolio models
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and collaborate across investment, finance, and operations teams
