About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger accounting and reporting, along with the ability to support accounting staff. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience
• Thrives in an ever-evolving environment for high-growth businesses.
• Proven full cycle general ledger experience, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
• A high degree of initiative, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in lease accounting is a plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the month-end close process for all subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in the post-merger integration of accounting functions, accounts payable (A/P), and payroll.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with banking partners and report on daily cash positions.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations including leasing and fixed assets.
• Work closely with FP&A to help manage special project actuals and budgets
