About The Position
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities within a dynamic commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in QuickBooks Online and CAM reconciliations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding real estate team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or multi-entity environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
Nice To Haves
- CAM reconciliation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities
- Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings
- Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants
- Collaborate with the brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
- Assist leadership in improving accounting workflows and processes
