As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in preparing SEC filings, supporting financial statement disclosures, and performing technical accounting analyses. You’ll collaborate across teams and help strengthen financial reporting processes for a rapidly scaling organization.

Requirements

BS/BA in Accounting
3–5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and/or public accounting
Experience with SEC reporting requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

CPA designation
Experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures
Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors
Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and variances
Research and document technical accounting issues and new GAAP pronouncements
Review journal entries and reconciliations for investments and other technical areas
Support accounting for business combinations and investments
Perform key internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities
Supervise and coach financial reporting staff
Assist with special projects and automation initiatives
