About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team and support core financial operations, month-end processes, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and GAAP compliance
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; support the integrity and accuracy of the GL
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, accruals, prepaid, intercompany, etc.)
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements, internal controls, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to management
• Support ad-hoc reporting, projects, and analysis as needed
