Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration: Oversee and execute timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accurate recording in the general ledger. Accounts Payable (A/P): Manage the full A/P lifecycle, including invoice verification, vendor relations, and optimizing payment cycles. Intercompany Accounting: Execute complex intercompany transactions, ensuring all balances are reconciled and eliminated correctly during the month -end close. Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank account and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and identify discrepancies. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and analysis for external auditors during year -end reviews.
