About The Position

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in our clients growing accounting function. This role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, prepares consolidated financial statements, and ensures compliance with GAAP. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
• CPA required
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Support accounting for capitalized software, leases (ASC 842), intercompany activity, and renewable energy projects (ASC 606)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, payroll, legal, and operations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with external audits and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Support special projects and technical accounting documentation
