We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support and lead core accounting functions in our Downtown Los Angeles office. This role will play a key part in closing, reporting, and maintaining strong accounting controls.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- CPA is strongly preferred
- Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a plus (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations
- Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles

Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger and month-end / year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Perform and review complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Support audits and regulatory reviews
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
