About The Position

Oversee and execute the month-end financial statement close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data. Prepare monthly financial statements and compile monthly financial statement packages for internal and external stakeholders. Lead monthly account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance in accordance with GAAP. Perform ad hoc compliance and regulatory reporting as needed, including external audits and supporting schedules. Analyze monthly financial statements for discrepancies and variances; provide insights and recommendations to management. Compile and prepare documentation for auditors (internal and external) and facilitate audit processes. Ensure the organization's financial operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts, bank statements, and other financial records. Support or lead implementation of new/amended accounting systems, initiatives, and process improvements. Perform ad hoc financial analysis, management reports, and other assignments as required by leadership. Assist with tax filings, payroll processes, and other operational accounting functions assigned.
