ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Execute month-end close activities across various accounting functions with precision and efficiency. Support special projects, process optimizations, and system enhancements to maintain scalable operations. Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes and enhance operational accuracy. Identify and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and controls with practical, innovative solutions. Adapt to evolving priorities while contributing positive energy to a collaborative team environment. Other duties as assigned EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline EXPERIENCE 2+ years of public accounting experience and 1+ years in industry, preferably in a complex, multi-entity environment. Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on process optimization and scalability. Proven ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced teams and adapt to a high-energy workplace. KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices. Knowledge and understanding of finance/accounting systems and designing processes and procedures Accounting workpaper design and documentation SKILLS Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members.
