Requirements

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of accounting experience, including payroll
Strong GAAP knowledge and GovCon exposure (FAR/CAS compliance)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ADP and ERP systems (Navision/Business Central preferred)

Nice To Haves

CPA or payroll certifications a plus

Responsibilities

Own general ledger accounting and monthly reconciliations
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate revenue recognition for government contracts (T&M, CPFF, FFP)
Apply and monitor indirect cost rates and support Incurred Cost Submissions
Partner across departments to resolve variances and improve processes
Support audit prep, tax filings, and ERP integration initiatives
