Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (cost accounting and manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations of sub-ledgers and balance sheets.
• Support intercompany purchases and sales transactions, including reconciliation and confirmation processes.
• Process disbursements, A/P checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and construction in progress transactions.
• Provide backup support for invoicing, statements, and payment applications.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation per company policy.
• Assist the Financial Analyst and Accounting Manager with departmental initiatives and problem-solving.
• Oversee 401(k) payment processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.
