About The Position

Are you a Senior Accountant looking to make a move to a high tech publicly traded company? Would you like to work for a Manager who really cares about your success and advancement? Below are the main elements of the position:

Responsibilities

• Assist with the closing process by preparing accrual and other monthly journal entries
• Support annual audit process by preparing schedules
• Assist with quarterly SEC filings
• Work with internal and external auditors
• Document and maintain internal controls
• Perform detailed account reconciliations monthly and as needed
• Perform Inter-company reconciliations
• Update balance sheet analysis in Excel on a weekly basis and identify potential adjustments
• Reconcile bank statements to general ledger on a monthly basis and prepare related journal entries
• Assist in consolidations of financial statements
