This role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting month‑end close, and strengthening our internal controls framework. The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Business Unit Controller and accounting manager. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, deep understanding of GAAP, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork oriented, working with all levels and departments of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly and year‑end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and maintain journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and quarterly.
  • Calculate and prepare monthly sales commission reports for payroll.
  • Assist in preparing internal financial statements and management reports.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights into trends and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Support external audits (financial, tax, insurance, banking) and sales tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to improve processes and financial workflows.
  • Assist with special projects, system enhancements, and ad‑hoc reporting.
