Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • Strong background in GL and accounting operations.
  • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred; experience with Numeric and Navan a plus.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to dive into details and learn new areas, and contribute with the best interest of team and Company in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring a timely Month End Close and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP
  • Perform inter-company transactions, eliminations and consolidations using NetSuite
  • Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Work closely with other departments and serve as point of contact for GL operational related questions and inquiries
  • Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense report processing, purchasing card review, treasury transactions
  • Assist with audit deliverables as well as other ad hoc requests
  • Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities; champion and drive automation and AI solutions
  • Partner closely with our Offshore team, offering support and guidance necessary to maintain high-performing global team and ensure tracking to deadlines
  • Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine accounting procedures to ad-hoc projects
