About The Position
Senior Accountant Duties Maintain all bank reconciliations domestic and international Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents: Balance Sheets, P&L, budgets, etc Assists management with Insurance audits, analysis and compliance Analyze financial reports Assist with audits and taxes Analyze Inventory Reporting Execute monthly State and Federal tax/alcohol requirements for PWI Assist Controller in preparing reporting for executives and company Family Assist in treasury management, bank account opening & closing across the entire company portfolio Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting Perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Maintain all bank reconciliations domestic and international
