About The Position

The Sr. Accountant will perform all bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and prepaid accounting, collaborating with FP&A on cash flow analysis. You will handle percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting for services and manage intercompany services and transactions. The role includes supporting accounting for manufacturing and drop-ship operations, overseeing accounting for three entities within the organization, and preparing and maintaining financial records to ensure accurate ledger entries.

Ability to handle multiple systems including ERP, CRM, and QuickBooks
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Analytical skills for financial forecasting

Nice To Haves

CPA credentials (preferred)
Experience with job costing and project accounting
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
Industry experience in manufacturing and facilities
Data center equipment build experience

Responsibilities

Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger, including net assets, payroll, and liabilities.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare complex financial reports and analyze costs, revenues, and commitments.
Predict future revenues and expenses based on financial data.
