We’re looking for a Senior Account to join our Business Systems Solutions team in Corporate Accounting. In this position, you will play a functional role in supporting various corporate financial systems and processes (e.g. Oracle GL, FCCS, EDM, and Essbase, along with others). This role is expected to interact with the various functions across the organization, including individuals at all levels, auditors, IT, global teams, and various accounting team members. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Aptitude for systems primarily with Oracle ERP/EPM modules (ARE, GL, FCCS, EDMCS, and Essbase) is preferred
  • Critical thinking and assessment skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with key partners
  • This position may require successful completion of a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM
  • Application configuration and testing experience
  • Understanding or knowledge of accounting principles and processes

Responsibilities

  • Provide Oracle Cloud application configuration and monthly close support for actuals. Includes consolidations, calculations, Groovy scripts, security, master data management
  • Perform research and problem solving to understand when issues arise and identify alternatives and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners, negotiate priorities, and ensure systems are functioning appropriately.
  • Proactively communicate relevant information to impacted parties.
  • Ensure processes are thoroughly documented, backed-up and have proper internal controls.
  • Coordinate and assist in the implementation of system fixes, monthly/quarterly vendor releases and enhancements, working closely with IT and the business communities.
  • Participate in projects as a subject matter expert. Provide business requirements. Perform testing to ensure the system or process is operating as intended.
  • Opportunity to lead and/or support various projects that embrace technology, create process efficiencies, mitigate risk and elevate reporting
