Our innovative healthcare delivery model will result in better patient outcomes and bring health equity to this underserved population. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team! The Senior Accountant is responsible for recording journal entries and month end close accounting functions for various accounts. Position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to service quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

Nice To Haves

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform and review month end reconciliation on various accounts.
Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Utilize accounting software and tolls effectively to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals and objectives.
Participate in the research and reporting process for month end close in expense review.
Provide support for management inquiries and Audit requests as they arise.
Position open to growth as process improvement through acquisition consolidation.
Prepare Ad hoc reporting as required.
