About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to support a fast-paced, multi-entity business across brewing, manufacturing, distribution, and restaurant operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financials, leading the monthly close, and supporting reporting, compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities

Nice To Haves

• CPA preferred or in progress
• Experience with Great Plains (ERP system)

Responsibilities

• Leads key aspects of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Maintains accuracy of the general ledger and financial statements
• Manages cash reporting, bank reconciliations, debt schedules, and lease accounting
• Supports inventory and cost accounting, including COGS analysis and operational variance insights
• Prepares and assists with regulatory filings (e.g., sales tax, TTB, CRV) and annual reporting
• Supports internal and external audits and ensure strong internal controls
• Identifies and implements process improvements and support ERP optimization
• Partners cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to provide financial insights
• Assists with ad hoc analysis and support AP/AR functions as needed
