3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) as well as advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in a multi-national corporation or shared services environment.
Familiarity with data visualization tools

Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Serve as a key point of contact for external customers or clients regarding financial matters, including billing inquiries, account reconciliations, and reporting needs.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial analysis and reporting.
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial decision-making.
Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
Participate in system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
