Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience; family office, investment management, or private company background a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close activities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
• Oversee general ledger accuracy and assist with consolidations across multiple entities
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely filings and compliance
• Continuously enhance accounting procedures and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy
