About The Position
The Senior Accountant position is a critical role within our client's organization, located in Woodinville, WA. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary range of $79,040 to $99,840, depending on experience. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for leading and overseeing the monthly close process, ensuring that all financial activities are completed accurately and on time. This includes preparing reconciliations for various accounts to maintain financial integrity, managing journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. In addition to the monthly close responsibilities, the Senior Accountant will analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. This role also involves assisting with financial reporting and providing insights that support decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will stay updated on accounting regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that the company adheres to all necessary standards. The position requires a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Sage Intacct software, which is considered a significant advantage.
