Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience in property management or real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Yardi Voyager experience a plus
• Construction accounting knowledge is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
• Excellent credit history is required

Responsibilities

• Process general ledger entries (receipts, journals) and perform financial analysis
• Manage payroll (review and analyze timesheets pre-payroll)
• Process rent checks using Yardi CHECKscan
• Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budget preparation
• Handle intercompany billing and reimbursements
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management
• Support special projects for the Controller and Director of Property Management
