About The Position
The position involves providing, directing, and coordinating accounting services and activities for Sharp Community Medical Group. The individual will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial statements to management, providing direction and training in accounting procedures and reporting systems to SCMG and other accounting personnel, and assisting tax preparers with federal and state income tax filings. The role also includes maintaining the functionality of accounting, sales, purchasing, and inventory modules of software, analyzing and reconciling all balance sheet accounts monthly, and assisting accountable individuals in preparing annual budgets.
