About The Position

Senior Accountant - Retail Automotive Dundalk, MD | All Roads Company All Roads Company/Norris Auto in Dundalk, MD is searching for a detail oriented, dependable and organized Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in our accounting department, including, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other duties, as needed. Schedule & Compensation : Based on experience salary range is $55k - $85k. Full time hours Monday - Friday with a flexible start time. Requirements

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Takes initiative/ recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle A/P, PO matching, vouchering, reconciling to vendor statements, and disbursements (print and mail checks to vendors)
• Prepare various month-end journal entries to assist in month end
• Auction prep-locating titles/lien releases
• Auction follow up-posting payments and sales
• Vendor maintenance (W-9, credit applications, etc.)
• Posting and application of customer receipts
• Preparation of bank deposits, and reconciliation to GL
• Posting of reconciliation of daily credit card batches
• Assist with tag and title
• Other duties as needed
