Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (required)
• Solid analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial results
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support and enhance financial reporting, including variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis
• Assist with annual and interim audit processes, including providing schedules, documentation, and explanations to auditors
• Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
• Partner cross-functionally to validate transactional data, revenue recognition, and other accounting impacts
• Utilize NetSuite to manage general ledger activity and Salesforce to support revenue and operational reporting
• Participate in system and process improvement initiatives within the accounting function
