Description: Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Support end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring aging, following up on outstanding balances, and resolving billing discrepancies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing or payment issues Accounts Payable Support full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs Ensure proper expense coding, accruals, and adherence to company policies Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Close & Reporting Support Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis Support external audit requests by preparing schedules and documentation Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal controls

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or lead role
Strong experience with AR, AP, invoicing, and reconciliations
Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Proficiency with NetSuite
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)

Nice To Haves

CPA or CPA-eligible (preferred but not required)
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE backed environment
Experience with the Ramp expense platform -- credit cards, bill pay, treasury, and travel

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contract terms
