Requirements

  • 5–7 years of General Ledger experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Exposure to M&A processes preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-migration meetings and interviews with staff of to understand acquired companies’ accounting policies and processes.
  • Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices through GAP analysis and documentation.
  • Prepare timelines, assist with playbook development, training schedules, and other pre-migration documents.
  • Assist with ensuring accuracy throughout the automated process. When required, assist with manual data entry.
  • Work closely with the Integrations Resource Team to complete tasks across departments.
  • Design and present financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff.
  • Proactively document innovative ideas to enhance integration processes for the Accounting Group.
