About The Position

The Senior Accountant will conduct and review audit tests which are sufficient in scope to support professional opinions as to the fair representation of client financial statements. The role involves developing self and others through seeking and offering on-the-job coaching and engagement experiences, maintaining productive working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, and providing strategic and tactical accounting advice and recommendations to the company's clientele. The Senior Accountant will also provide review of staff work product and performance, delivering exceptional client support both virtually and onsite as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive public accounting background with in-charge responsibilities.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP and audit preparation software.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, staff & interns, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • CPA certification or eligibility to sit is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
