About The Position

As a member of our Fixed Asset accounting group, the Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Accounting Department and have contact with other Corporate/General Office departments and manufacturing personnel. Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Collaborative approach, effective in working with other departments.
• Strong experience and capabilities with MS Office suite of products (especially Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrated experience with accountability to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily fixed asset tasks (PAR approvals, capitalizations, disposals, physical inventory, etc).
• Involved in monthly and year end close of the fixed assets systems.
• Submit journals and monthly account reconciliations.
• Support AP in daily payment cycles. Pull in and release the payments.
• Interact and provide support with personnel at company manufacturing plants, and other departments within Crown.
• Special Projects as needed
