About The Position

The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Company’s quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as preparing various internal reporting. This position will report to the Senior Director, Assistant Controller.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 3+ years of Big 4 Public Accounting experience
• Exposure to GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical abilities; ability to summarize data and analyze results
• Team player with proven organizational skills; ability to handle several projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with SAP and Hyperion a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, referencing, and ensuring the accuracy of our quarterly and annual SEC-equivalent filings
• Assist in coordination with external auditors on year-end audit
• Assist in coordination of Statutory Audits for our HK entities in their local GAAPs
• Assist in preparing internal financial reporting package
• Assist with SAP master data maintenance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual census reports
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley internal control standards are adhered to
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reporting in response to management inquiries
