Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Recent college graduate strongly encouraged to apply
  • Internship or 1–3 years of relevant accounting or data experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening in accordance with law

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus
  • Exposure to ASC 842 is a plus
  • CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record journal entries
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
  • Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare financial statements and internal reports
  • Support annual audit and tax preparation
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with AP/AR as needed
  • Collect and source data from internal systems and external platforms
  • Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets
  • Perform statistical analysis and identify trends and patterns
  • Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Write SQL queries and utilize Python (or similar) for data analysis
  • Develop executive-level reports and presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain database accuracy and reporting integrity
