We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks-savvy accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients and managing multiple accounting engagements. If you thrive in Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or cloud-based accounting environments, this role offers the opportunity to become a trusted financial partner to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive accurate financial reporting, efficient accounting processes, and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Have 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Are highly proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Have experience working with multiple clients or engagements
• Enjoy building long-term client relationships
• Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative accounting environments
• Are passionate about improving systems and processes

Nice To Haves

• Experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or Client Accounting Services (CAS) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including:
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Payroll processing
• Sales tax reporting
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee staff-level accounting work and ensure quality standards
• Use QuickBooks Online and integrated cloud tools to streamline accounting processes
