About The Position

The Senior Accountant (Audit) is a strategic contributor to our Audit team, supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence and client success. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing audit engagements for not-for-profit, for-profit, and employee benefit plans, as well as compiling and reviewing financial statements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • CPA license or actively pursuing designation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute audits in compliance with GAAS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct fieldwork and prepare financial statement compilations and reviews
  • Research technical accounting and auditing issues; provide technical review support
  • Develop, train, and mentor staff
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Participate in firm-wide strategic planning and goal setting
  • Assist the Client Advisory Services team with business advisory and consulting as needed
