About The Position

The opportunity: You will work closely with the sales and contracts teams to ensure proper accounting in accordance with AC 606 revenue recognition standards. Reporting to a Senior Director you will have extensive interaction with global operations, user groups and executive teams responsible for all financial reporting, technical accounting and compliance as well as financial analysis of possible implications and impact to the company both short and long term. Working on multi-faceted contracts, you will need to be able to become an expert in ASC 606 so that you can explain the proper treatment for each revenue recognition situation.

Requirements

4+ years work experience in public or corporate accounting with specific expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition accounting and analysis
Desire to work in a close knit, globally based team where long term career opportunities exist for those who want to move up and work at a more executive leadership level long term.
Independently motivated, able to meet deadlines and communicate well with both executives and stakeholders.
Deep-level understanding/familiarity with new revenue standards (ASC 606) required.
