About The Position

The Senior Accountant performs a variety of complex accounting tasks, including preparing data for journal entries, related financial statements, reports, budgets, and spreadsheets; performing cost accounting functions; analyzing and reconciling reports and accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Six (6) plus years of related experience
• Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Capable of managing multiple priorities
• Self-starter and motivator
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, specifically Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Highly organized
• Able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure

• CPA certification
