Maintains effective and efficient financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Reconciles and analyzes consolidated, entity, service line, and department financial records. Works closely with team members and Financial Operations managers and analysts to monitor actual financial performance compared to budget. Helps prepare and review financial reports for internal and external audiences (e.g., Executive Team, Finance Committee, and Board of Trustees).
