Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Employee Benefits underwriting experience.
Proven ability to build solid relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage overall Group Life & Disability underwriting for National Accounts (5,000+ lives).
Oversee pre and post-sale underwriting, profit management, and renewal processing.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Drive and participate in projects and special assignments.
Collaborate with field teams to meet service goals.
Handle quotes and renewals for core products.
Negotiate prices and benefits with stakeholders.
Mentor junior underwriters and staff.
