About The Position

As a key member of the Criteo team, you will own the strategy and daily management of a portfolio of agency partners, serving as their go-to expert on Criteo's performance marketing solutions. Your role will involve building strong, consultative relationships across agency teams, aligning their strategic goals with Criteo's offerings to drive growth and retention. You will design and scale structured, repeatable engagement models and touchpoints that enable agencies to get the most value from Criteo. Additionally, you will identify emerging agency trends and proactively evolve our engagement approach to stay ahead of industry shifts. Leading strategic business reviews, campaign optimizations, and media planning sessions will be essential to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded. You will analyze campaign data to surface insights and opportunities, focusing on KPIs related to retargeting, acquisition, and retention. Furthermore, you will develop and implement scalable, email-based upsell strategies to drive incremental revenue across a large portfolio of clients. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will identify high-potential segments and personalize messaging, ensuring flawless campaign execution and excellent client service. Accurate revenue forecasting across your agency portfolio, identifying new client opportunities, and hitting individual revenue targets will be key responsibilities. You will need to think both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term growth with immediate performance goals.
