The primary purpose of the North American Sales Manager position is to consistently attain targeted revenue goals and set the vision and strategy for the sales team with the goal of new customer acquisition to become the #1 SaaS ticketing provider and transform the industry by providing superior revenue generating and fan engagement solutions to events organizers. In order to accomplish these goals, the VP of Sales must develop comprehensive North American sales plans to address: growth of all SECUTIX products and services, GEO and individual objectives, performance standards and team priorities. The Sales Manager will start by directly closing new business, build and lead a team of high performing Account Executives. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, collaborative integrated sales expert with a strong focus and energy on business growth. As a key member of Americas leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to build and shape go-to-market approach from marketing and sales. You'll collaborate closely with the EU VP of Sales, our global sales teams, product, customer success teams, and the wider organization. Our ideal candidate is a proven Sales Manager from another high-growth SaaS company who wishes to embark on their next big project.
