About The Position

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
  • Experience with media agencies, ad tech companies, and large media buying/trading companies.
  • Experience working with third party ads serving tools.
  • Knowledge of solution-based selling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent sales approach and record of building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate how customers and partners can use Google's Search Ads 360 platform, services, and solutions to identify needs, solve problems, and drive growth for customers and Google.
  • Review business performance and projections for clients. Determine which customers will be aligned with specific metrics, updates on opportunities and activities with clients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Large Customer Sales Sectors, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive feature prioritization and issue resolution to enable client success.
  • Use optimization levers including our AI powered solutions/features on automation and attribution to drive desired performance for clients.
  • Engage with Search Ads 360 customers and provide advanced solutions involving Tech and Ads.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
